Please remind children that no one may leave the workshop premises without a parent or guardian, and remember to pack enough food for the day (no nuts please). Parents/guardians are required to come into the venue to collect and sign out their children at the end of each day. The IBW Tour Manager will be on site at all times to supervise breaks and assist with anything needed. Children must be signed in and out each day.

Intermediate Pre-Pointe class
It is expected that children in the Intermediate class will be at varying stages of readiness for pointe work. All levels will be catered for within this class. Whether the student is en pointe, currently doing pre-pointe exercises, or is yet to start pre-pointe, this is a beneficial class for them (boys included).
Photos and video
For archival and promotional purposes, photos and videos will be taken during the workshops. Please advise us if you don't wish photos/footage of your child to be used.
We share a selection of photos from each day on our Facebook and Instagram, so make sure to follow us! We'll also be running social media competitions throughout the duration of the workshops, with Capezio vouchers and other prizes to be won.
Don't forget to tag us in your pics! #iloveibw and @ibw_dance so we can find your pics – you may win a prize...
Guest Teachers Q&A
All students, parents and teachers are invited to attend an informal Q&A with our international guest teachers, on Day 2, 4:30-5:15pm. This is fabulous opportunity to hear more about these amazing artists' careers, and to ask any questions you have.
There are a very limited number of private lessons available with our guest teachers. Thank you for understanding that there is time on our teachers' very busy schedules for only a very small number of private lessons per workshop.
For those attending in Auckland, please ensure that all ballet shoes are clean, as we have had a special request from Wellesley Studios to help them protect their floor.
For any urgent queries during the workshop tour only, you can call IBW Tour Manager Subashini Weir on 0426 199 049. For the New Zealand workshops, for any urgent queries, please contact Wellesley Studios on 09 373 4336. If you have other questions, please check the IBW FAQ page, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
